This course is for early childhood educators who are done with band-aid fixes and bracing for the next escalation.

In 8 short weeks you'll build a real-world, rights-anchored framework to support behaviour with more clarity, more steadiness, and a whole lot less self-doubt.

You’ll stop scrambling for what to say, start knowing what matters, and return to the kind of educator you always knew you could be - steady, intentional and connected.

You didn’t get into this work to hand out time-outs or manage sticker charts.

You care. Deeply.

You’ve done the PD, watched the webinars, asked the questions.
You’ve tried the charts, the strategies, the scripts.

But, somehow, you’re still stuck in a loop:

Bracing for the next tricky moment.
Worrying you’re not handling it 'right.'
Wondering if maybe
you’re the problem.

You question if you’re being too soft - or too harsh.

You’re caught between messages that never quite align:

Be warm, but not too warm.
Build relationships,
but maintain control.
Support regulation,
but put a stop to big feelings.

No wonder you feel pulled in all directions!

Behaviour support shouldn’t feel this hard.

It shouldn’t feel like guesswork, and it should never come at the cost of your wellbeing.

That’s exactly what The Behaviour Reset is here to change.

What changes when you stop managing behaviour and start understanding it?

The hard moments don’t disappear, but they don’t rattle you the same way.

You’re not bracing anymore, scrambling for the right response or wondering if you’re the problem (you're not).

Why?

Because, now, you know what’s really going on beneath the behaviour. You trust yourself to hold the moment with clear boundaries, understanding and intent.
You’re no longer chasing behaviour; you’re guiding it.

The pressure eases.

You’re showing up the way you always wanted to.

And the children in your care?

They feel it.
They feel
you.
Steady. Present. Unshaken.

They’re met with connection and with leadership that doesn’t flinch when things feel hard.

Whether you're a beginning teacher or a seasoned educator, this course helps you reset the way you approach behaviour so you can stop with the guesswork and start with the long-term change.

Inside the Reset, I'll walk you through the Behaviour Reset Framework - 6 steps that will move you from haphazardly searching social media for the next winning strategy to aligning your approach with what children actually need: regulation, relationships, and real-world support that lasts.

to Steady Leadership.

Before the Reset

You feel like you're constantly walking a tightrope:
trying to stay calm, be firm, build trust, hold boundaries, meet expectations - all at once.

You’re second-guessing every response.
You’re wondering if the behaviour you’re seeing is your fault.
You’re holding a mental list of “what to try next” that never quite delivers.

Your classroom feels reactive.
Your nervous system is stretched.
You’re surviving each day, hoping things ease up soon.

After the Reset

You don’t need a script - you have a stance.
You trust yourself in the moment, even when things get loud, fast, or messy.

You’re less reactive, more grounded.
You understand what behaviour is telling you
and how to respond without defaulting to control or compliance.

Boundaries feel clearer.

Your confidence feels steadier.
Behaviour doesn’t feel like something you have to fix but something you can
hold with clarity and care.

Hi !

I'm Danica

  • Early childhood educator.

  • Behaviour mentor (and self-professed nerd).

  • Lover of cinnamon scrolls, oat flat whites and spicy margs.

  • Advocate (and champion) for children and educators.

With over 17 years of experience in early childhood education, I’ve supported countless educators across real learning environments - not just lecture halls.

I’ve supervised students, mentored teams, written and taught tertiary-level units on behaviour and child development, and worked hands-on with children in classrooms, centres, and at home (with a spirited child and a squishy baby of my own).

I’m not teaching behaviour from the sidelines. I’m in it with you.

I’ve seen how hard this work can feel when you care deeply, and I know how powerful it becomes when you finally have a framework that fits.

My work blends neuroscience, rights-based practice, and lived experience to help educators move from performance to presence, and from managing behaviour to understanding it.

I’m not here to offer scripts or perfection; I’m here to walk beside you with real tools and a strong belief in who you already are.

You don’t need another list of behaviour tips; you need a way forward that actually works.

The Behaviour Reset is that way forward.

A steady, supportive framework that helps you move from reacting to responding, from second-guessing to knowing what matters.

In six months, you can still be putting out the same spot fires.

Or

You can be meeting behaviour with steadfastness, intention, and confidence - knowing what to do and why it matters.

This isn’t a quick fix; it’s a reset. And it starts here.

Are we made for each other?

Before you join, let’s make sure we’re a match.

You’re in the right place if…

✔ You’re an educator who cares deeply and wants to feel more grounded when supporting behaviour.

✔ You’re ready to move beyond surface-level strategies and into real understanding.

✔ You’re open to rethinking old approaches - even if it’s a little uncomfortable at first.

✔ You want a framework that aligns with your values and works in real-world classrooms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this just another course full of strategies I've already tried?

Nope. This isn’t a bag of behaviour tricks. If you’ve been cycling through scripts, charts, or strategies that never quite stick, this course is different. We go deeper than surface-level behaviour and offer a framework that holds the moment and the long-term. It’s not just what to do - it’s why, when, and how to do it in a way that actually aligns

What makes this course different to other courses on behaviour?

Most behaviour courses focus on managing children - this one starts with understanding them.

Rather than giving you a new script to follow, it helps you develop the stance behind the script so you can respond with clarity, even when things don’t go to plan. It’s not just what to do. It’s how to think, how to see, and how to lead in a way that aligns with your values and actually works in the real world.

What if this doesn’t match what others are doing in my setting?

You don’t need perfect alignment to start. The Reset includes dedicated support for educators working in systems that still rely on charts, consequences, or control-based methods. You’ll learn how to work with clarity and ethics, even when your context isn’t ideal - it's all about controlling the controllable.

What if I’m overwhelmed and don’t have capacity? How much time will this actually take?

This course was built with your nervous system in mind - you won’t be rushed or bombarded. Realistically, you'll need 60-90 minutes a week across 8 weeks, but you can also move at your own pace. This course is about making your role feel more aligned, joyful and easier to manage - not about adding more to your plate. Need to move at a more considered pace? That's absolutely fine. There are built in checklists in each of the Module Workbooks to help you track your progress.

What if I start and realise it’s not for me?

You’re covered by a 14-day full refund policy. No pressure. No guilt. Just space to try it on.

Is this only for early childhood educators?

Not at all. While the course is designed with early childhood (0-8) in mind, the principles apply anywhere educators are supporting children’s behaviour, regulation, and rights.

Will I receive a Certificate of Completion?

Absolutely yes! We can't have you dedicating time and energy into a course without being able to use it for your professional development hours! A Certificate of Completion will be sent once all lessons have been completed.

PLUS

As a bonus, you'll also receive these five supplementary mini guides to extend your learning and application.

When Mat Times Just Aren’t Working -

45 connection-first strategies designed to make your mat sessions more engaging through active participation.

The Drivers Beneath Behaviour -

A practical guide to understanding the underlying factors that shape behaviour and how to respond to them.

The Up/Down Regulation Toolkit -

A comprehensive bank of movement strategies to use when children need perking up - or simmering down.

When You Don’t Know What to Say -

A thorough bank of responses to pull from in moments that leave you feeling baffled.

The Reflective Reset -

A guided tool to help you pause, reflect, and respond with intention in moments that matter (and feel big).

You deserve to feel confident in what you invest in.

That’s why The Behaviour Reset comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy.

You’re not here for fluff, and I’m not here to sell you something that doesn’t fit. If you join and realise it’s not what you need right now, that’s okay.

You can explore the platform, watch the first modules, and begin the reset. And if it doesn’t feel like the right support? You’ll get a full refund. No awkward emails. No guilt or pressure.

Oh, hey!

Fancy seeing you down here.

Let me be so for real with you.

If you’ve made it here, it probably means something’s tugging at you.

Maybe you’re bone-tired of behaviour feeling like a daily battleground, you’ve tried the sticker charts, the scripts, the strategies (and you’re still not sure what actually works), or
you’re quietly wondering if you’re the only one who finds this hard.

You’re not.

I’ve been there too - confused, stretched thin, carrying a quiet guilt that I should’ve somehow figured it all out by now.

Supporting behaviour can feel lonely. Personal. Emotional. But it doesn’t have to stay that way.

The Behaviour Reset is the course I wish I had when I was knee-deep in second-guessing myself. It’s grounded, evidence-informed, and built for real educator life, not some hypothetical perfect setting - and it’s here to hold you through the work you’re already trying so hard to do.

6 months from now, you could still be putting out the same spot fires OR you could be meeting them with strategies that actually work.

If you’re still unsure, know this: you’ve got 14 days to try it on.
No pressure. If it’s not for you, I’ll honour that. Full refund. No questions.

But if it is for you? You’ll be so glad you said yes to this.

So go on - future you is already nodding.
