WORKSHOP 1

Leading behaviour with warm authority

This is the creme de la creme and my signature workshop!

When behaviour feels challenging, it's easy to swing between being too soft or coming down too hard. This practical and thought-provoking workshop explores the middle ground: warm authority. Discover how understanding behaviour changes your response, and learn to combine responsive relationships with confident leadership to guide behaviour with warmth, confidence and clear boundaries.

WORKSHOP 2

Supporting emotional competence in young children

Children can't regulate emotions they can't name or recognise. In this workshop, we'll unpack the three core components of emotional competence - emotion knowledge, expression, and regulation - and looks into how we can support children to build these in developmentally aligned, dynamic ways. You'll leave this workshop with a deeper understanding of children's emotional landscape, and how this shapes children's wellbeing as well as their behaviour.

WORKSHOP 3

Strengthening educator regulation

We talk a lot about helping children regulate their emotions, but what about us? This practical workshop explores how a regulated adult nervous system becomes a child’s anchor and the link between our own emotional competence and how we show up for children in hard times. We'll also build an immediately useable regulation toolkit to draw from in those sticky moments.

Mastering limits, boundaries, and consequences

Limits, boundaries and consequences have a strong place in any behaviour support toolkit, but they're also widely misunderstood. Let’s unpack the difference between boundaries, limits and consequences and how to use each of them in evidence-based ways with young children. This workshop is highly practical, with lots of real life examples and case studies to highlight effective use.

WORKSHOP 5

Understanding childhood temperament

Every child brings their own unique wiring - and when we understand that wiring, we stop taking behaviour so personally. This workshop helps you move from frustration to clarity by introducing the concept of temperament and how it shapes children’s behaviour. We'll also explore a range of temperament-specific strategies, because children aren’t one-size-fits-all - and behaviour strategies won’t work if they don’t fit the child in front of you.

WORKSHOP 6

Working with low-level behaviours

A game-changing workshop that will teach you how to work with low-level behaviours like non-stop talking, calling out, fiddling with materials, and wriggling like a pro. Explore a powerful reframe that flips the script from 'low-level behaviour' to unmet needs, disengagement & child development. We'll also unpack my Low-Level Response Pathway - a cheat sheet outlining a clear toolkit of proactive & responsive approaches that preserve the dignity of children and your own peace.
